Any final account must reflect the project contract. There may be specific clauses relating to variation orders, for example, and these could have an effect on how much is included in the final account.
For this reason, it is important that we are able to review the contract in detail. We may not need a site visit, but it is often helpful when conducting the relevant measurements.
